Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. Please add an additional day to your estimated delivery time for fulfillment from our warehouse.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Domestic orders over $150 receive free shipping unless otherwise noted due to specials etc. Our free shipping is First Class Mail which takes 2-4 business days to arrive.

We ship to all military addresses (APO FPO DPO).

International Shipping

Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout. International shipping times cannot be guaranteed, as we have no control over the time that many orders take to get through customs. If your order does not arrive in 21 days, please email us at jared@richmondweightlifting.com, so we can file a missing package report with the shipping company.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Richmond Weightlifting is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

No refunds or credits will be provided for the cost of shipping or any duties and customs. Our system does not allow for us to send return labels to any international country so any return will be the customer's responsibility.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jared@richmondweightlifting.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the unused item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the order.

Please note that the following conditions apply:

• Shipping charges are not refunded when you return an item.
• Items must be in new, resaleable condition.
• We do not supply prepaid return labels for exchanges or returns

Exchanges & Returns- Please allow 1-5 business days for processing.

Return Instructions

1. Securely pack your merchandise. We are not responsible for items that are damaged while in transit.
2. Include a note with the following information:

• Order number
• Refund or Exchange?
• Reason for return
• Exchange item(s) requested (if applicable)​​

3. Ship the merchandise to our return address listed below. Please make sure to secure a tracking number or delivery confirmation number for your shipment. A package reference number is required for your return or exchange to be processed in the case that it is not received by our fulfillment.
