Richmond Weightlifting Product Warranty

Warranty Duration: Richmond Weightlifting is pleased to extend a generous one-year warranty on our weightlifting wrist wraps and belts (collectively referred to as "Products"). This warranty, effective from the date of purchase, is designed to provide you with confidence in the quality and durability of our Products.

Covered Components: Our warranty explicitly covers any defects arising from manufacturing materials or workmanship, specifically related to the belt clasp, buckle, and stitching of our Products. If you encounter any issues within the warranty period related to these components, we are committed to addressing them promptly and efficiently.

Exclusions: It is essential to note that this warranty does not extend to damages resulting from normal wear and tear incurred through regular use. Any misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or modifications of the Products will void this warranty. Furthermore, we reserve the right to exercise our discretion in determining whether a Product qualifies for warranty coverage based on the nature and cause of the reported issue.

Warranty Claim Process: Should you encounter a concern covered by our warranty, please contact us at jared@richmondweightlifting.com within one year of the initial purchase date. To expedite the process, kindly provide us with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs illustrating the problem.

Return of Products: In some instances, we may request that you return the defective Product to us for inspection. Please be aware that the cost of shipping the Product to our designated location will be your responsibility.

Resolution: Upon careful examination and confirmation of the warranty claim, we will take appropriate action to address the issue. Depending on the circumstances, this may involve repairing or replacing the defective Product. If a replacement is provided, it may be either a new or refurbished Product, selected at our discretion.

Limitation of Warranty: This warranty represents the sole and exclusive warranty for Richmond Weightlifting Products, and no other warranties, whether expressed or implied, are provided. Richmond Weightlifting shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our Products.

Governing Law: This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in the state of Iowa, US. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Iowa.
